Deep breaths

God, house hunting and selling is no joke. Yesterday we found a house we love, in our price range, in exactly the right location. But our financing is contingent on the sale of our condo and it doesn't go on the market until Friday. We can make an offer with that contingency but it won't be competitive, so we likely won't get the house. I think I am going to have a perpetual stomachache until our condo sells and we have someplace to go...
